Females in Democracy

All over the world the year 2007 has been becoming important for women in democracies or in their fight against dictatorships. If in the process some of hem killed or become martyrs, it may not surprise anyone as Venus in the Hindi New Year horoscope of 2007 has double affliction of Mars and Saturn.
In the month of October, this phenomenon is becoming more prominent as Saturn Ketu are in the same navamsha as I have spoken of already in my piece on are joined by Venus.

Some of the names of these women in news, that strike me are
1. Aung San Suu Kyi, Myanmar
2. Hillary Clinton, USA
3. Benazir Bhutto, Pakistan
4. Mayawati, India
5. Jayalitha, India
6. Uma Bharati, India
And now in the fall of Manmohan Singh government the stellar role will be played Sonia Gandhi and the woman president of India, Pratibha Patel.
In my class when I was talking about Saturn and Ketu in the same navamsha it was noticed and students pointed out the proximity also of Venus to these two planets.
Whatever misogynists may say, when women begin to shake the democratic governments or thrones or dictatorships, the seismic shocks are felt a little late and it is after a political-seismic change becomes noticeable, that all analysts jump into the fray to explain it.
The first to do it in India this year was Mayawati but that was when Saturn was in Ashlesha which has always caused revolutionary changes in India.
Then came Sonia Gandhi’s googly when she proposed the name of Pratibha Patil for the presidential contest in India before the meeting of the Congress and its supporting parties and stunned them all into silence and acceptance of her name.
And in the presidential election, it was the woman who won in India and not Bhairon Singh Shekhawat, a very likeable , friendly, mature politician who had hoped that there would be lot of cross voting to help him. But a woman had crossed his path and there was no cross voting.
Now the leftists in India are finding the woman called Sonia Gandhi playing with them more trickily with her googlies than they were prepared for. Sonia Gandhi has learnt all the tricks of Indira Gandhi but does even have ten percent of her great charisma.
Hillary Clinton, excellently educated and a very successful lawyer is beginning to
storm the orthodox Christian citadels of USA who inspite of US boast of being the leader of women’s lib movement, has its strong prejudice against women unlike more liberal Asia as recent history shows.
Aung San Suu Kyi is a symbol of supreme sacrifice and suffering and respected so much all over the world. What can she achieve cannot be predicted in the absence of her horoscope.
Benazir Bhutto is “benazir” in the truest sense of holding the world record of being the only prime minister dismissed twice and is wanting to make a big comeback in the uncertain, terrorist-ridden politics of Pakistan to become what ?---a martyr ? Her horoscope discussed so brilliantly by Manoj Pathak first and then Sonia Mehdiratta, does show Benazir entering the den of wolves, lions and terrorists.
Mayawati, advised by that astute lawyer Satish Chandra Mishra, whose horoscope shows a period spectacular rise is becoming the king maker in central politics.
Jayalitha continues to be enigmatic, the woman who did all iniqutious things against Shankaracharya of Kanchi is now talking of Lord Rama in her battle against Karunanidhi.
Uma Bharati, with her birth details not ascertainable, is a force in Madhya Pradesh politics and has stellar role to play in coming years.
On top of it all comes the new Unscheduled meeting between Sonia and President Patil 8 Oct 2007, 1618 hrs IST,PTI
It has caused palpitation. It reminds of an incident. A layman had asked a cardiologists once whether women were the cause of heart ailments. The surprised doctor asked why he was asking it.
“ Simple” said the layman. “ ANGINA and ISCHEMIA cannot be males.

Dwibharya yog:Predicting second marriage

The woman whose horoscope is being discussed for a successful prediction I had given to her in 2001 is a neighbour of ours and we know many happenings in their household from time to time. After she came to know that I had learnt astrology, she came with her horoscope one day to ask for a prediction. She has acknowledged it and the acknowledgement is given at the end of the article.
For a Hindu woman of an orthodox family a second marriage was never encouraged in earlier times. But in the changed times, we astrologers advise the widowed women to marry when we find it suitable to advise such women as they would heed to our advice.
This woman had got married for the first time on 9 Dec.1986 in the mahadasha of Jupiter the seventh lord and the antardasha of Mars. A happy married life followed till a disaster struck her when her husband developed jaundice which could not be cured and turned fatal for him.
In her case it was the period of Saturn-Venus, those of enigmatic periods in which there can be some big upset in one’s life and everything can turn topsy turvy.
The astrological reasons for this disaster are clear. Saturn the eighth lord in his own house with Jupiter the seventh lord aspected by Mars could cause a disaster and in turn aspecting Mars showed the event clearly in this case.
Venus is debilitated and the seventh lord from Venus, Jupiter repeats the story of this tragic incident.
In the navamsha seventh lord Moon with the eighth lord Sun and Saturn and with Venus in the sixth house made the picture gloomier.
Examining her horoscope, I advised her to have a second marriage which she agreed to, more so because the man she was going to marry, a widower, had been asked by his own daughter from his first wife to marry a second time.
Her second marriage took place on 20 April 2013. Though there have been some controversies for the house to be seen for the second marriage, we have found in our replicable researches that the ninth house, the third one from the seventh, gives us a valuable clue in this matter.
She was running the mahadasha of Saturn and the antardasha of Rahu. Rahu in the third house here is seventh from the ninth house. Saturn was in Vrisha in transit when her second marriage was finalised. From here he was aspecting the ninth house and Jupiter was in Karka aspecting the ninth lord Saturn in the eighth house.
Thus the dasha and transits were favourable when she got married for the second time.
She is now happily settled with her four children, two from the first marriage and two from the second one.
Her written appreciation written sometime in May 2014
Dear Maulikkbhai
Kindly recall my meeting you in 2013. You had predicted that:
a)I would soon get a job and I did get one.
b)There was the possibility of a second marriage also. I got married and am happy with my children and second husband.
c)You had also said that I would start earning with some machines. I have been using compters efficiently and help my husband in his share market work constantly.
This is a great science you have learnt.
May God bless you.
